The Customer Service Leader will lead efforts to ensure customer service excellence for the execution of GEWabtec maintenance and service contracts to ensure contractual obligations and operational objectives are achieved. This role will develop customer loyalty and manage customer relationships that foster a long-term partnership with Rio Tinto. This role will be based at Rio Tinto Iron Ore’s headquarters primary operational site and provide coordination, direction and assistance to all executed contracts and provide internal support and assistance for any new opportunities that achieve desired customer outcomes and deliver financial outcomes to the business. This role will lead and manage the dedicated freight service team supporting Rio Tinto Iron Ore.
