The Opportunity
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the operational functions performed by the Service Delivery Teams for the Karratha office.
A key focus of this role is to participate in building relationships with customers and to foster a culture of excellence in customer care.
You will be tasked with but not limited to:
Effective mentoring, support and management of operations team staff
On-going development and management of operational budgets and forecasts
Consistent achievement of strategic initiatives (on-time, within scope, under budget) assigned to this role
Effective reinforcement of organisational culture
Accurate, consistent and timely reporting to the RM
Complete assigned KPI's in accordance with the strategic marketing plan and business development activities;
Oversight of service delivery ensuring consistent customer outcomes
Operational staff productivity targets consistently met.
Our Requirements
At least 5 years of senior management experience together with degree qualifications are expected for this role, and additional qualifications in risk management, or project management would be highly regarded.
Membership and active participation with professional bodies relevant to your professional background in line with the remuneration policy and marketing plan.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective operational plans
Advanced communication skills including verbal presentations and report-writing
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage an Operations team
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with key customers, collaborators and regulators
Highly developed technical service delivery skills.
