How will I help?

Westpac Commercial Banking supports Australian industry through a network of professional bankers, specialists and support teams, and we’re committed to offering deep expertise and customer service excellence to our commercial customers.

You’ll play a critical role in managing relationships with business leaders and creating new and innovative ways to support businesses so they can grow and develop well into the future. Working closely with internal stakeholders to meet your customer’s needs, you’ll also have the opportunity to grow your portfolio through networking and acquiring new customers. Your portfolio will consist of medium to large size businesses with average lending between $3M and $10M.

What do I need?

We’re looking for stand-out bankers and relationship managers with a business lending background. It goes without saying you’ll have strong credit skills and be comfortable writing your own deals. Perhaps you’re currently working as a Local Business Banker or BDM and looking to take the next step?

A natural people-person, you’ll boast a solid track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers. We want to talk to team players with the energy and motivation to grasp this role and run with it!
